Our Board

Our Board provides governance, strategic direction, and stewardship to help ensure Reentry House Plus remains focused on its mission and long-term success.
President & Co-Founder
After a career in small business and business management at UNC Hospitals, Doug became active in the Yokefellow Prison Ministry at Orange Correctional Center. Through this work, he developed a commitment to successful reentry and continues to help guide Reentry House Plus as it expands services for justice-involved individuals.

Doug Peterson

Vice President
A retired entrepreneur, Ran built and led manufacturing startups and turnaround companies. He brings his leadership and fundraising experience to Reentry House Plus and is also active with Justice United.

Randolph (Ran) Hamner

Secretary
Chris is a retired public health researcher specializing in the prevention of alcohol and other drug misuse. Bringing his community health experience to Reentry House Plus, he is also active with his church and serves on the Board of the Hillsborough Community Garden.

Chris Ringwalt

Treasurer
With 25 years of experience in technology management, consulting, and systems analysis, Paul also has more than a decade of experience in prison ministry through Yokefellow and University United Methodist Church. He brings financial expertise and a faith-based commitment to successful outcomes at Reentry House Plus.

Paul Triulzi

Board Member & Co-Founder
A retired Episcopal priest and co-founder of Reentry House Plus, David has long served in prison ministry through Yokefellow and Alamance/Orange Prison Ministry. He remains involved in his local church and is active in 12-step recovery programs.

David Stanford

Board Member
Pastor KD is the founder of iProseuche Church in Morrisville and an ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He brings a commitment to community service to Reentry House Plus, and also owns and operates a general contracting business.

Pastor Kevin “KD” Desmore

Board Member
Gates is a retired United Methodist minister and founding Board member of Reentry House Plus. A Yokefellow volunteer for more than 20 years, he brings years of ministry, teaching, and community leadership to support the organization's mission.

Gates Vroman

Board Member
Bill is a retired nurse anesthetist with 30 years of experience serving incarcerated individuals through a variety of volunteer roles. His long-standing commitment to prison ministry reflects his belief in rehabilitation, forgiveness, and the power of second chances.

Bill Wagner

Board Member
Following a career in business management and consulting, Cynthia authored a book that’s been used in college entrepreneurship courses. She brings expertise in strategy, marketing, and fundraising to Reentry House Plus and has found serving to be constantly educational, sometimes challenging, and deeply satisfying.

Bobby Harrington

Bobby became the first full-time Program Director of Reentry House Plus in February 2026. He brings professional experience in reentry services and behavioral health, along with lived experience with the reentry process that informs his approach to supporting residents. A licensed Peer Support Specialist since 2014, Bobby has worked with organizations including Community Care Services, Alliance Behavioral Healthcare, the UNC Formerly Incarcerated Transition (FIT) Program, and Restorative Transitions. He leads daily program operations and service coordination while supporting residents as they build stability, accountability, and long-term success.
